The limited warranty does not cover the following:

The texture and quality of leather straps are different. The color tone of high-quality leather will change with daily use and the passage of time, which is a natural and normal phenomenon.
The watch has a built-in battery that can typically last for 2-3 years, depending on (but not limited to) external factors such as temperature, humidity, and air pressure.
4.What is the material of the watch face?The watch face is made of mineral glass, and please avoid contact or friction with sharp or rough objects to avoid scratches. Please note that quartz crystals/glass are not covered by the 36-month warranty.
5.Is the watch waterproof?The waterproof performance of San Yuan or LADEON watches is labeled. We recommend avoiding any contact with water. Avoid wearing the watch in activities such as showering, bathing, swimming, diving, or any direct contact with water. If water or mist accidentally enters the watch, you can take the following emergency measures: Immediately wipe it with a clean towel, air dry it or dry it with appropriate warm air. Wear the watch in reverse on your wrist, with the surface facing inward and the bottom cover facing outward, and wait for a few hours. The moisture inside the watch will gradually decrease. Prepare some tissues or absorbent cloth, wrap the watch tightly, and place it about 5 cm below a 40-watt light bulb for about 30 minutes. The water vapor in the movement will gradually disappear.
10ATM "Water-resistant up to 100 meters" does not mean the actual diving depth, but represents the watch's waterproof performance using the "pressure resistance value" ("ATM" atmospheric pressure), such as 3ATM = 30-meter deep pressure, and 10ATM = 100-meter deep pressure.30-meter water resistance: Can be worn in splashing water but cannot withstand any pressure.
100-meter water resistance: Can be worn when washing hands, swimming in shallow water, diving by the pool, and snorkeling, but not suitable for deep diving or scuba diving.
